Vista is a par 5 that offers an excellent early birdie opportunity for those who position the ball well from tee to green. From the tee, players should be wary of the thick rough and mounding that lines the left-hand side of the hole. There is more room on the right than first appears, making it the sensible target for most drives. A well-struck tee shot leaves a straightforward second to a relatively flat fairway. However, the ideal position is towards the left-hand side, opening up the best angle into the green and allowing players to avoid the bunkers guarding the right side of the approach. The green and its surrounds feature subtle contours, with shots landing left of the putting surface often feeding naturally towards the centre.
